•     Shared dormitories (shared washroom facilities) –  8-bed dorm $582.90 / 6-bed dorm $598.50 / 4-bed dorm $614.40
•  Private room (shared washroom facilities) $944.70
•  Private room (private washroom) $1,244.10

Prices in CAD and include tax. Rates are based on single occupancy, for all room types.

These room are all available for students on a monthly basis, between September 2022 – April 2023 (30 nights, staring from any date).

4-bed dorms have a desk, however the 6 & 8-bed do not. All dorms have lockers, AC, and heating. Additional storage available. Laundry facilities. Large Kitchen. Complimentary Breakfast. Wi-Fi. Free Parking. Secure facility/24hr access for guests.
